Because of date commitments we needed to celebrate our Anniversary a few days earlier. We chose Cascade Lodge in Northern Minnesota some 10 miles south of Grand Marais, MN and in the heart of Cascade State Park. We have enjoyed Spring stays at a Cascade cabin in the past but never in Autumn or at Cabin 11. This Blog posting is on our actual Anniversary date of 10/15/2013.
