*GGW did in-fact live to be 101, She was born in 1896 and in November 1918, when she was just 22, her young husband Lawrence, 25 at the time, never awoke when the two of them were lying beside the other in bed. He had died during the night of the 1918-1920 Flu Pandemic called the "Great Influenza Epidemic" or commonly by the misnomer "Spanish Flu". She obviously recovered and fought "the good fight" through many challenges raising 3 sons in the process and was proud to see many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
