Humble Blogger and loving wife Rose have decided to quit our "Dave and Rose" organic garden Near Stillwater, MN. We had a good run during our two summers of 2009 and 2010. Click on "Home" to get back here]. We wanted to give over lease of the garden plot to others in the family but an existing waiting list prohibited this idea.
Humble Blogger visited the garden Monday (4/11/2011) to ready it for the next tenant and snap a few photos. It was an emotional experience. It is one thing to close out a garden in Autumn when the growing season is finished. It is quite another to close out a garden in Spring (after a very long winter) just when it's time to plant again!! Below is a video of my parting visit.
