Below is a deck photo taken after a late snow storm April 19, 2013. Finally "Spring" has arrived with the blossoming of trees and lilac bushes shown in photos taken Thursday May 23, 2013. Our Twin City area is 2 to 3 weeks late this year for the appearance blossoms and the planting of crops, gardens, shrubs and flowers.
